Inside one of the fastest-moving automotive environments in the industry, serving as a Supplier Industrialization Engineer responsible for leading suppliers from sourcing through launch and into current production. Scope of work included supplier benchmarking and sourcing, manufacturing line development, quality control definition, industrialization management, PPAP approval, and quality issue resolution. Built a hands-on foundation in next-generation industrialization and quality practices that most suppliers are still working to reach.
